Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 17 September 2026
Plumb Inc is committed to making this website as accessible and easy to use as reasonably possible for all visitors.
We aim to provide a clear, simple and consistent experience across desktop, tablet and mobile devices.
1. Our approach to accessibility
When designing and maintaining this website, we aim to follow recognised accessibility best practices.
This includes:
- using clear heading structures;
- maintaining readable text sizes and colour contrast;
- providing clear navigation;
- using descriptive link and button text;
- making interactive elements large enough to use comfortably;
- providing alternative text for meaningful images where appropriate;
- ensuring forms have clear labels;
- maintaining visible keyboard focus states; and
- designing pages to work across different screen sizes.
The Plumb Inc design system itself already prioritises readable typography, logical heading hierarchy, visible focus states and minimum touch targets of 44 × 44 pixels.
2. Accessibility standards
We aim to build and maintain this website in line with recognised web accessibility principles, including relevant guidance from the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
However, we do not currently claim that the website has been independently audited or formally certified as fully compliant with a particular WCAG conformance level.
3. Known limitations
While we aim to make the website accessible, there may occasionally be areas that do not work perfectly for every user or assistive technology.
Possible limitations may include:
- older content or images that may not yet contain ideal alternative text;
- third-party services or external websites that are outside our control; and
- occasional accessibility issues introduced by browser, device or software differences.
We review the website periodically and aim to improve accessibility where practical.
4. Third-party services
Some parts of the website may link to or interact with third-party services, such as WhatsApp or external websites.
Plumb Inc does not control the accessibility of these third-party services.
Their accessibility arrangements and policies are the responsibility of the relevant provider.
5. Need help using the website?
If you experience difficulty using this website or accessing any information, please contact us.
We will make reasonable efforts to provide the information you need in another suitable way where possible.
You can contact Plumb Inc using the contact details provided on our website.
6. Reporting an accessibility issue
If you find an accessibility problem with this website, please let us know.
It is helpful if you can tell us:
- which page you were using;
- what problem you experienced; and
- what device, browser or assistive technology you were using, if relevant.
This helps us investigate and improve the website.
7. Changes to this statement
We may update this Accessibility Statement as the website changes or as accessibility improvements are made.
The latest version will always be published on this page together with the date it was last updated.
That’s the version I’d use. It fits the actual site approach — clean layouts, generous whitespace, mobile-first behaviour and accessibility standards are already part of the Plumb Inc design specification.
